What are the common materials of circular knives?

Die steel

It is generally used for cutting needs with low cutting conditions and high wear resistance, which is common in the cutting of ordinary A3 plates.


Alloy tool steel

Alloy tool steel is an iron-carbon alloy formed by adding an appropriate amount of one or more alloy elements on the basis of ordinary carbon steel. According to different added elements and appropriate processing technology, alloys with special properties such as high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, high-temperature resistance and non-magnetism can be obtained. Alloy tool steel is also a common raw material for manufacturing circular knives. It has outstanding performance in heat treatment, and its brittleness and hardness are very good.
